CL's Scavenger Hunt

Nabiki and Roy were having a quiet dinner at her room. They were celebrating the simple fact that they were together, even though been apart hadn't been easy, they were having a great time.

The prepared chicken stew, "puertorrican" rice and beans, mashed potatoes and sparkling cider. For dessert, what else.. "cheesecake", the official dessert at the CLHQ's.

They were sitting in front of the fireplace, when someone knocked on the door. Roy walked to open it and instantly, the TWISTED moms, Sherry and Rita were there, smiling at each other. After noticing that they had interrupted an intimate moment, they told Nabiki and Roy what they had plan for the weekend.

"Are you guys sure? It seems like a lot of fun, but I don't think Operations will agree", said Nabiki.

"Well, we'll leave that in hands of North. As we speak she's having dinner with him in the Tower", said Rita.

Suddenly, the entrance door was slammed and a pair of footsteps were heard and almost immediately, the door was slammed again and everyone heard Operations voice. "Northstar, will you wait? It's an order".

North's voice was heard then "Not until you agree, Paul. You can find me at my office tomorrow morning, until then Good Night".

North, don't be so stubborn and please hear me out".

"Me stubborn? How dare you? You bit the hand that helps you".

"OK, then, I will permit the CL's to have the Scavenger Hunt, this weekend".

"Oh, Paulie, I knew you would see it my way".

Rita, sherry, Nabiki and Roy smiled at each other, North had done it again. Poor Operations was putty in her hands, and didn't have a chance once Mommy North set her mind in an idea.

Once Saturday came, everyone was gathered in the comm room. Rita was the first one to talk

"Welcome to the CL's Annual Scavenger Hunt. You'll be divided in pairs and you have 4 hours to complete your task".

Once everyone was paired, Roy and Nabiki, Avillion and Jack, Curlly and Sinjn, Brenna and Xavier, Sly and Walter, Kat and Davenport, Michael and DeLeah and everyone else, further instructions were said, even though the mommies felt a little BETRAYed. They couldn't participate and Michael was going to be working with DeLeah, but that was the price to pay for been a mommy.

The first clue was to pick up the necessary equipment needed for the hunt. Nabiki and Roy read the instructions that said that they had to go to Section and ask Birkoff for the equipment. Once there Birkoff didn't have the slightest idea of what was going on, the only thing that he knew is that when asked, they needed to give him the password and he would give them a SHOVEL. Knowing how the mommies thought Nabiki told Birkoff the right password "cheesecake", and they took of to the next place.

After 2 hours, Nabiki and Roy were at the last place where the next clue was. The note said "Go to the oak TREE that is at the other side of the BRIDGE and there you will find the prize".

Once there Roy took Nabiki in his arms and kissed her.

"Roy, we've almost won. Don't you think that we should finish the hunt and then celebrate", said Nabiki.

Roy smiling said "in due time, sweet Nabiki, but it's been more than 2 hours since I've kissed you and I needed the extra energy".

Well, Nabiki and Roy did win the Scavenger Hunt and won a trip to wherever they wanted to go. Where did they go? Well ... let's leave it at anywhere your illusions will love.
